Come to the centre for a free introduction to Quickbooks.

(You will need to sign up as a student – Does not aim to solve individual problems)

Full Training Course

Students work in our computer room at their own pace using our comprehensive training manual. A tutor is usually available to give extra help where needed. Students may take up to one year to complete.

Quickbooks Surgery

Make an appointment to see a Quickbooks advisor at our centre to discuss your problems. £12 per hour. (We cannot guarantee to use the same version of the software as you but we are happy to try loading a backup of your data if possible)

Training at your Business

Visits cost  £21 per hour plus travel at 40p per mile. Free email support is provided for the following 14 days subject to reasonable limits

The BICTS training session

Sessions cost £60 plus travel for up to 3 Hours training between 9:00am - 12:00 noon or 1:00pm - 4:00 pm.

No travel cost if in Princetown

You will also get up to 5 email support instances over 12 months. (We cannot guarantee to resolve all issues as some may require a further visit)

There is no limit to the number of sessions (£60 each) that you may book although the total number of support instances is limited to 5.

 

Important

All fees for BICTS training sessions must be paid for before training begins. There will be no re-imbursement for missed / cancelled appointments. Any additional training booked as a result of cancellation of an appointment will be charged at £21 per hour payable in advance.

Clients must complete any agreed preparation work before a visit.

Unless otherwise agreed you must be available for the full 3 hours each session, register as a student and complete customer satisfaction returns when requested.
